i'm new here and sorry that i don't have the time to introduce me at first, but i have a really emerging problem!
I planned to do a journey through china from August the 6th to August the 31th with my tourist visa, after this trip i wanted to stay in china from September the 1st till March the 05th 2008 for my internship with my buisness visa, which last 180 days max. and my company can't give me a visa for 1-year. So i called the embassy and the functionary their told me that you can't stay in china with two visa and that i have to leave china after my tourist visa, which means on August the 31th! And he also said that you can enter china again only after 30 days since your last departure from china! So my question is if somebody has experience with this and maybe could give me a clue how i could solve this! Thank you!

Yes, the best would be you are using a local VISA Service and pay some money. They can arrange a new VISA as log you are in China. Then you do not have to leave and can stay in China. Mostly they can arrange VISA for and months. Also if you only take part at a intership, means you do nor really need a working VISA, normal "F" Visa would be enough.
