I found the follow topic an a official chinese website - i could not believe why so many students so afrid and think so. There is no risk if you do not have any contact with blood (and of course if you do not have sex with the person) - so would be nice you could read the article and tell me also your meaning. For all german i hope they also can read and answer - of course also can answer in german.

“Students of the recent terms are generally more tolerant in relation to HIV infecting. Also they have better knowledge of the ways, on which one can be infected with HIV, but fear and discrimination step a member of the research group still clearly in the inquiry to day”, say Zhou Xiaochun.

Zhou avowedly, discrimination comes along that a larger portion of asked AIDS brings tendentious with moral purge in connection.

Approximately 26 per cent the opinion, AIDS are an ethical question and 50 per cent are mean that the illness, “dependent on its transmission paths”, also the moral of references.

Zhou, which holds since 2003 before student lectures over HIV/AIDS, says, most students would regard it as challenge to embrace or it the hand give an HIV infected. If they had finally done it, they would regard this as a “drastic experience” in their life.

“Although they know that this kind of the contact will not stick on them, experience the students a strong emotional reaction”, say Zhou.

In addition the inquiry showed that it is missing to the student at sufficient knowledge of AIDS. A third of the asked ones was almost not able to explain the difference between AIDS patients and HIV carriers.

Re: China: 25% of all students do not want HIV positive fellow students

I wouldn't like to study with such people either... Maybe I'm bad or not democratic, but let's just answer a simple question: Is HIV good or bad? If all of us agree that it's bad, let's take another situation: Would you like to study with alcoholics? It's not dangerous if you don't drink too much! Would you like to study with mentally ill people? It's fine if you don't give them knives or other sharp objects - they won't hurt you...

And let's not forget that blood contact is still a great danger. Accidentally, but there is still a chance that you can catch it. And the effect of it is too serious to play with such things.

One more reason is my strong belief in the society! :) I mean if I'm surrounded by healthy, clever, and strong people, I would also be motivated to be like them, to fit the rest! Not like if I'm surrounded by ill people (even though it's not their fault, and even though I don't neglect them).
